It is open to everyone without distinction in gender, age, color, or creed, crossing religions and ethnicities, and its programs are consistent with the goal, principles, and method set by the founder.  Scouting is an educational revolution. The Scouting system is an educational system that aims to educate young people physically, mentally, and spiritually, accustoming them to befriending nature, being influenced by its sights, learning about its manifestations and secrets, training them in the various works and crafts that they often need, teaching them self-reliance, cooperation among the group, the power of observation, accuracy of attention, loyalty, honesty, and courage, patience and service the people wherever they are.
